Our Story, Since 1984

In 1984, at Port Tawfik in Suez, Mohamed Al Rouby started a customs clearance business. Between ships, cargo and paperwork, he saw the job as more than releasing a shipment. It was earning a client's trust that their goods were in hands that knew the way.
Year by year, the journey grew. From Port Tawfik to Adabiya, then to Ain Sokhna, one of Egypt's key gateways for trade and industry. As trade changed, so did the company: from paper procedures to digital systems like NAFEZA and advance cargo information. Customs clearance grew into freight coordination, document review before arrival, and inland transport to the client's door.
Along the way, he passed his experience to his sons, Mustafa and Moharram. Today they lead the company as co-managing directors, and have added digital filing, an office in TEDA Suez, and a website in four languages. And the founder stays at their side, as senior advisor.
Ports change. Technology changes. But the name he began with in 1984 carries on. Al Rouby Customs Clearance and Logistics. Experience passed down, since 1984.

Al Rouby Customs Clearance & Logistics was established in 1984. With 40+ years of experience, the company supports importers, exporters, manufacturers, traders, and international businesses working with the Egyptian market. The company is a licensed customs broker in Egypt.
Mohamed Al Rouby founded the company in 1984 at Port Tawfik, Suez. The work grew from Port Tawfik to Adabiya and Ain Sokhna, and from paper procedures to digital systems such as NAFEZA and ACI. Today the second generation, Mustafa and Moharram Al Rouby, lead the company as co-managing directors, with the founder as senior advisor.
Our work combines customs clearance with freight forwarding, inland transportation, import and export support, logistics coordination, and customs and trade consulting.
